Venceremos
Garnish: pineapple leaf
Glass: goblet
Preparation:
Shake everything with ice, double strain in a chilled goblet glass over a large chunk of ice, garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Venceremos is Gn Chan’s winning cocktail for Bacardi Legacy 2016. Gn Chan, representing the USA and his bar Angel’s Share from New York, finished first out of 10,000 bartenders of 36 countries from all over the world.
